30-Day Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all our major products (e.g., Bluetooth speakers). You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For orders placed within this timeframe, we provide free return service and do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Omuca will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns not resulting from quality issues (e.g., a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please return the item using the original packaging and include all accessories whenever possible.
If the original packaging is unavailable, please use sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit.

If your product meets the warranty service conditions:
We will repair or replace defective products free of charge.
Claims submitted within 30 days of the date of receipt qualify for free shipping.
After 30 days, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment to receive a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process.
If the goods have already been shipped and you wish to return them, we can only arrange a refund after we have received the returned items.
