Where do you ship from?
We ship from within the United States. Our warehouse is located at 8798 9th Street, Rancho Cucamonga, California.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed during normal business hours are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. All orders shipping to the United States and are sent via UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, or FedEx Ground.
How much is the shipping fee?
Currently, all shipments to the continental United States (the lower 48 states) qualify for free shipping. For more details, please visit our "Shipping Information" page.
What should I do if I want to cancel or change my order?
We do our best to process orders quickly; however, if you have any questions, please email us at support@omuca.com, and we will do our utmost to assist you! If you are still hesitating, why not give it a try? We are confident that you will love them—but if you don't, you can easily return them within 30 days of purchase.
Will I be kept informed of my order status?
Once your payment is approved, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email. After your order has shipped (typically on the next business day), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (available for most countries/regions).
